WPImap |
A large-scale game development project lasting 5 months in which I worked in a team of two to create a realistic 3-D model of WPI’s college campus and incorporated it into Unreal Tournament 2004. Using Unreal as a tool, we provided an interactive visual and audio tour of the college campus housed within a real-life kiosk, displayed within the Admissions building of WPI. The website is located at http://wpimap.com and a postmortem is available on this website.

Card Game for First Lego League |
Working in a team of 4 to create a computer and physical card game for Firstl Lego League (funded by the Dept. of Homeland Security) that helps teach middle school children around the US about climate change. I designed and implemented the card designs using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Monkey's Left Eye |
Created a side-scrolling platformer game set in the three-dimensional C4 engine. Specifically created the textures, modeling, and level design for the Temple level; textures and modeling for the Dungeon level; and assisted in overall creative design. The main website and download page can be found here: Monkey's Left Eye.
"Waking" |
Worked in a team of 8 to create a 4-part machinima series called "Waking" in 6 weeks using Halo 2, UT2004, Garry’s Mod, and Second Life. The series explored the potentials and ethical dilemmas in creating a sentient AI for immoral means.
Summary: A sentient multiplayer bot, Vatar is the first true AI in existence. Programmed to know only the game world and servers that govern them, Vatar's perception of existence lasts from the moment of spawn to the final kill of the match. When the creators decide to test the limits of Vatar's capabilities, Vatar must come to grips with the newfound abilities and unfamiliar emotional bonds made. The video files to download can be found at this website.
